This system is only active when I turn it on for West Pacific storms.
If I don't notice an Air Force or NOAA recon mission for the West Pacific and the system is not on, email me here.
This system checks four files when active: URPA15.PGUA, UZPA13.PGUA, URPA11.PGUA, and URPA12.PGUA
I will also check KNHC files if I ever become aware of data in them that is not in PGUA.
